At Impetus, Ewoud’s focus is creating new business concepts, leading research projects and innovative process design.
Pieter Brodeoux is a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Environmental Technology and has a Master Industrial Management. R&D and operational experience in both the energy sector and the Chemical Industry provide the basis for his work at Impetus as a technical expert: out of the box process engineering, designing and building clever R&D pilots and industrial realisations, pushing the technical limits of production sites.
Jelle Bryon is a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering Automation and Energy. As a lead in many automation projects, he further perfected his technical skill set. He adds precision, analytical thinking and project management skills to the Impetus team and combines this with his technical expertise for our many pilot- and industry-scale realisations.
Dieter Ghillebert is a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering. He has built up a broad experience in R&D, business development and operational management in various companies. At Impetus he focuses on business strategy, business development as well as project management.
Rob Holvoet holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Electronics and ICT. With extensive hands-on experience in the development and operations of electronic equipment, he brings a grounded approach to our projects. His expertise includes data capture, process control, and optimization, among other valuable contributions to our team.

Baptiste Vanleenhove holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering Technology and a PhD in Bioscience Engineering. Over the last few years, he has built up broad knowledge in the valorization of side streams.
